OUR SERVICES

Checkpoint employs more than 100 consultants based in strategic global locations. The team audits properties against the Checkpoint standards, which have been created in accordance with ABTA and FTO guidelines to reflect industry best practice.

 

Checkpoint provides the tools to identify, prioritise and actively chase suppliers for their defect resolution, while creating an audit trail of activity. Combining automation and manual intervention we can achieve the best possible outcome.

Management Information tells the story, it informs decisions and highlights successes. Checkpoint produces lots of Management Information reports, which means you can have it ready to go when you need it in the format that you require.

Allows you to record all of your customer notified incidents and accidents in one place so that you can report on trends and follow up on defect resolution.

Self-assessments are generated by the Checkpoint system. Guidance notes sit alongside the audit in local language.

You can choose which questions are included in your audit reports. If your target is an adult only hotel, we can remove anything relating to child safety – why report on issues that don’t affect your business? You can always add them again if your model changes.

This is the driving force behind your safety management processes and will determine what audits are carried-out and when. If we know the rules we can share them with the system and let it ensure that an audit is never missed.
